Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the impossibility of verifying handling, storage, and chain-of-custody once a package leaves our facility, Research Bros does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may ship a replacement. Replacements are not guaranteed and no cash refunds will be issued.
Tracking is provided within 24 hours of purchase. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
